Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience within mobile ad-tech industry in a business related position (AM, BD, UA, BI, etc)
Analytical mindset, detail oriented, self-motivated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English (required)
About the Role
As a Business Operations Lead you will be responsible for the management of our business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day activities of company within marketing and business development fields
- Lead team of 3-6 employees, organize 1o1 and stand ups, as well as monthly feedback rounds with the team
- Hands on manage some of our largest largest partners to scale our activities
- Develop and implement processes to achieve company goals and projects
