How would you describe gamelight using three hashtags?
If you were to create a game or app about your life, what would it be, and what would it look like?
A roleplaying game where you travel the world learning and developing your skills within each place you visit. I grew up in a variety of different countries and loved to travel.
What would you choose: Sea or Mountains? Sunny or Snowy? Cats or Dogs? Morning or Night Person?
Love the mountains, and of course snowy, Cats and Dogs, all animals really, a morning person.
Which dream country do you want to visit and why?
I would love to go to Japan, my brother has been a ski instructor out there for the last three years, and it looks fantastic.
How did you come to be in marketing?
During my first year at university studying psychology, I enjoyed the behavioral psychology modules and got into consumer behavior which started my interest in marketing.
What are your responsibilities in gamelight?
At catbyte, I work with and manage our communication with our partners.
What are 3 things you like the most about your job?
The team, not having to commute on London tubes, the mobile game industry.
What is your daily routine, and what keeps you motivated during the day?
Having a workout in the morning to get myself pumped for the day. Taking a walk during lunch; I live right next to a nice park, so getting out of the house is excellent.
With whom in the team would you switch work positions for 1 day? Why?
I think a would swap with a developer, the process of prototyping, creating, and innovating game/app design looks like a very interesting role.
What are your main highlight moments in gamelight?
I have recently joined gamelight so I don't have the most moments to look back on however a stand-out moment for me was my first meeting with a partner.
Why does someone need to join the gamelight team? Do you have any recommendations for your future teammates?
gamelight is a fast-paced and exciting place to be, where you constantly learn and grow with the people around you. The team at gamelight is amazing, friendly, and always willing to help you be your best.
