If you were to create a game or app about your life, what would it be, and what would it look like?

It would be some delf development app, with affirmation, meditations, puzzle games, books recommendations etc.

What would you choose: Sea or Mountains? Sunny or Snowy? Cats or Dogs? Morning or Night Person?

Easy :D sea, sunny, cats, night, however now I am trying to become a morning person :D

Which dream country do you want to visit and why?

I want to visit the countries of South America.

How did you come to be in marketing?

After some time in finance, I realized that it is not for me, because I like to create, critically thinking, speak and share. So I left a stable job 9-6 with good money and went for an Internship in digital marketing in Istanbul, Türkiye. After that started to learn marketing every day, and got a position in NGO as Marketing Manager and got a whole department of 100 people to manage. It was intense, sometimes questioning my abilities and whether I stand in the right way. And then after time passed, the contract ended, I started to look for app marketing because it looks so attractive and needed because we are all on phones for more than 6h per day. My ways led me to gamelight as an app marketing manager.

What are your responsibilities in gamelight?

I had many different responsibilities during my time at catbyte: from launching the campaigns, creating video content for ads, communicating with UA partners, TikTok management, and web design.

What are 3 things you like the most about your job?

Ability to learn every day and grow; remote; the team with different backgrounds.

What is your daily routine, and what keeps you motivated during the day?

The important part is daily planning of To-do lists. I need 10 min break every 2h to stretch, drink water, and catch some sun; During lunch, I try to take a walk.

With whom in the team would you switch work positions for 1 day? Why?

I think with one of the co-founders, just wondering what this management life looks like and how they manage processes, partners, and people. Other BD: I love communication and would love to get into one of the conferences and try to build connections and warm up possible collaborations

What are your main highlight moments in gamelight?

My main highlight is definitely 1st day of work, I remember me crying reading an acceptance letter on my first day of work) Soon it will be one year since I have been with catbyte.

Why does someone need to join the gameligth team? Do you have any recommendations for your future teammates?

If you wanna learn, grow, and experience something unique, then you definitely need to join gamelight. We are a really friendly remote team, who are located maybe far from each other but connected and driven by the same purpose to develop products and develop ourselves.
